I'm down 16 lbs since surgery on 7/9 and I feel the same way that it should be more but I'm happy! The cool thing is that since I started this whole process a year ago I'm down a total of 43 lbs. it's nice to see where everyone else is in this process.

@@joybell18 thats true, just last nov i was 36 lbs heavier so yes lets look that the brighter side! :)

July 16. I have had a rough way to go but am finally getting better.

I feel like a turd today. Breakfast was Greek yogurt with fruit, not bad, right? Then I snacked on olives and a slice of cheese which made me feel guilty. Lunch was macaroni with tuna and I haven't had dinner yet. Olives and one slice of cheese isn't the end of the world but I feel so gross. Not hungry or full, just enormous and gross. Like the food is just sitting there and not moving through. I took the dog out for a long walk but it didn't seem to help much.

Is this what "full" is now? My surgeon kept saying "you'll feel Thanksgiving full eating a small amount." I don't feel full! I feel slightly sick.

Surgery 7/7 down 20lbs

Hey! I have my RNY July 24th and I'm doing great! I'm down 21lbs! (Including pre op) I am a little tired and wanting to "chew" something but other than that I'm good. It's really hard for me to get in my protein I'm SO tired of the shakes I'm ready for some real food already!!

I had my surgery 7/1 and came home feeling great....then I hit week 3 :( I was throwing up all the time. It was horrible!! I was scared to eat anything...I have been living on applesauce and Greek yogurt. Starting to come around now!! Thank goodness :)

I had RNY 7/8/14. Doing well, on puréed foods and have lost 37 pounds. Walking 3 miles per day. Have lost 16 inches overall. No complaints!

I had my surgery on 7/15/14 and feel wonderful. It was a little tough the first week with a few issues but now everything back to normal. Have lost about 30 lbs since initial weigh in.

Good job!!

Had surgery 7/7 and I am down about 46lbs (including preop). Had a complication 7/15 (ulcer....long story, check my blog) but I am pretty much back to normal now. :D

Had RNY on 7/8/14. I have lost 19 and am at a stand still. I am walking 30-45 minutes a day.

Since my FIRST official weigh in, I was 305 lbs.

Day of surgery I was 281 lbs. (Coming home three days later I was 296).

Today - two weeks after surgery, I am 271.

It is coming off, slowly.... but the fact is.....it is coming OFF!!!

KUDOS to ALL OF US!!!!
