ok so my highest weight was 225, my surgery weight was 200, my weight now is 170 and my goal weight is 110-115. Ive lost most of it in my stomach because of the workouts i do. But i make sure to work out really hard for about an hour everyday and include a lot of protein and water into my diet. ????

@kaiwil27 Care to share some of you're workout routines?

@kaiwil27 Care to share some of you're workout routines?

of course, haha well I wouldn't really call it a routine because it changes sometimes. But i go to the gym 4 days a week and run for 20 minuets, and go through all the machines and do about 50 reps on each. And on the 3 days im not in the gym, im at home, i walk the dog at a fast pace for about 30 minuets and then im in my room doing pushups, squats... TONS of squats! Along with leg lifts, sit-ups, crunches, planks, inner thigh workouts, lunges, all about 50 times (more or less). Its hard work but the end result is worth the pain it takes. (:

yeah they kept me in the hospital at 4 days post op cause of my age and i could barely walk because of all the meds. But yeah don't rush it.
