  12. i dont have much if any extra skin on my stomach because the elasticity in my skin is still pretty strong but i still want to loose 50- 55pounds so i will most likely have some.
  13. I lost 20 pounds pre surgery and ive lost 35 now in 2 months. Now i weigh 170
  14. actually no, i don't loose near as much as they said but yeah a little more than usual. But i take my vitamins and that helps!
  15. yeah they kept me in the hospital at 4 days post op cause of my age and i could barely walk because of all the meds. But yeah don't rush it.
  16. I started fast walking and doing lunges at 2 weeks post op and everything else and one month. My doctor approved me a little earlier because im only 15.
  17. of course, haha well I wouldn't really call it a routine because it changes sometimes. But i go to the gym 4 days a week and run for 20 minuets, and go through all the machines and do about 50 reps on each. And on the 3 days im not in the gym, im at home, i walk the dog at a fast pace for about 30 minuets and then im in my room doing pushups, squats... TONS of squats! Along with leg lifts, sit-ups, crunches, planks, inner thigh workouts, lunges, all about 50 times (more or less). Its hard work but the end result is worth the pain it takes. (:
  18. ok so my highest weight was 225, my surgery weight was 200, my weight now is 170 and my goal weight is 110-115. Ive lost most of it in my stomach because of the workouts i do. But i make sure to work out really hard for about an hour everyday and include a lot of protein and water into my diet. ????
  19. haha no real secret, I just make sure to work out everyday and eat and drink lots of protein aha, the usual
  20. I am also in a stall, I'm 5 weeks out and have been in a stall for 2 and a half weeks. I have no clue what im doing wrong. Please help!
  21. I am also 6 days out and have lost 8lbs since having surgery. Not that this is a bad thing. I just get discouraged seeing all of these high losses.
  22. my day is may 16th at 5 in the morning. Its crazy how soon it is I'm so excited and i hope all goes well for you!
