Can't edit anymore!!

Is there a way to get the editing feature back??? When I try to edit now, all I get are smilies with letters inbetween. Cute, but not what I need!!! I'm kinda particular about my posts and when something gets by me and I want to fix it, but can't, I get frustrated!!!:cry

I PM'd Alex, as he had asked us to do in one of the other threads about glitches (you may have missed it), and he PM'd me back today that they hope to have this particular glitch fixed by tomorrow.

It makes me a little nutty, too :):):oB) Sorry, I couldn't resist, and at least they are blue smilies!

How are things going, Teach? Hope all is well and sunny in your area of the state today. It's sunny and was really windy down here near A2.

Really windy here too. It was 85 yesterday, 65 today and going into the 30's for tonight. Glad I didn't plant any new plants yet!! Never before Memorial Day in this neck of the woods!!

I hear ya, though occasionally I have been known to plant in the second or third week of May, then we invariably get a nasty hard frost. You'd think I would have learned by now... I live near A2, but also have a place near Evart (between Cadillac and Clare) and it is amazing how 170 miles can make such a difference in the growing seasons. I cannot plant a thing up there and have any success until at least the first week of June it seems.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Anyone had the TORe procedure? How did it go? How much weight did you loose?

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
