Loose stool ( diarrhea )

I am 5 weeks out and have very bad diarrhea at times or just really loose stool. I mom no drugs that would cause this but I do have milk and other dairy, could this be what's causing it? Does it ever get better?

I had that a lot during my first two months or so, and I still get it to this day if I have something with too high a fat content. But it's calmed down quite a bit. My surgeon had advised that it's my body trying to figure everything out, and to try either a Fiber supplement or incorporating a little bit of vegetables now that I'm on full solids.

I hope it improves for you as well!

Be well…
