Lump in the throat - Reflux?

As i have mentioned before i NEVER had reflux before surgery, after countless meds my gastro doc took me off everything as he said they were making it worse. Now the only thing i have is a lump in the throat some days worse than others - does anyone else have this and if so does it eventually settle down - IT IS REALLY ANNOYING....
