My highest weight was 354. Spent years going up and down. 7 months before surgery I was 315, surgery date 8/7/2013 I was 273..As of today I am 192..How much more do I have to lose before they will remove excess skin, it's a LOT..Do they go from the surgery date or do they count total weight lost?

I don't think insurance will cover this surgery unless it is causing you more health problems like rashes and infections. The question of how much weight you lose before the surgery is one for your doctor/surgeon.
