Anyone have a day where they can't eat much. Right side abdomen bloated and very uncomfortable like undigested food stuck. It's making me miserable. Anyone ever have that uncomfortable right side bloated feeling?

I'm going on 7 wks next week..it's only the right side from my rib cage all the way down to lower abdomen. .

I don't even want to weigh myself before I get discouraged. I feel like 10lbs heavier

My stomach was definitely extended post-op. I could tell by my shirts. However, it did not last 7 weeks. it lasted about 7 days or so.

Did you try anything new to your diet that may have contributed?

Almost 3 weeks post op and my belly looks and is very bloated. The right side incision actually seems more tender. Feels like more gas has built up. My follow up appointment is tomorrow

Took mine 4 1/2 week for the swelling to go down and the pain to go away .

I am exactly ONE week post op. My Dr. talked to me about the swelling of the abdominal tissues due to the surgery´s trauma on the stomach. If it hurts, it may be something different... I am happy, WEIGHT IN.... I did and the larger belly is unlikely more extra pounds

I'm 5.5 months out and continue to experience bloating and discomfort on right side. After several doctor visits (Including GI) and one trip to ER determined its due to ongoing issues with constipation.
