  3. Just wondering if the excess sin removal can be covered by insurances? I'm at 113lbs down and no amount of exercise is helping.
  4. May 27th here starting weight325 __273 now. Probably would off lost more if I was working out more.

  10. Am I the only one? I've had my surgery may 27th, and I only use the bathroom once a week and that's after I take a laxative.
  11. Had surgery may27th been on a stagnant 23lbs scale wouldn't move

  13. Yes I realize that. I can't complain 17lbs in 2 weeks is not bad
  14. I am just curious to find out what would be considered a normal amount of weight loss for like the first month. I don't want become obsessive on the scale.
  15. Tmrw will be 2 weeks since my surgery lost 17lbs so far. Still struggling to get the protein in. I bought isopure vanilla I just can't get into the taste I tried almond milk regular milk.
  16. I'm struggling with the water I've been trying new things I have oatmeal, soups, cherrios, and I've been hitting the protein goal. I would like to walk more but it's hot in NYC and I don't want to push it so I go to the terrace and walk a mile everyday. As far as the weight I will not be weighing myself until June 12th when I see my doctor. I don't wanna put stress on myself because those 12lbs i dont know where it went I look exactly the same lol
  17. Had surgery 27th of May, no pre diet required. I weight today lost 12.6 lbs. starting weight was 320.6 day of surgery, today 307.4
  18. I have yet to weigh myself my body looks the same, and I don't want to be disappointed
  19. I find when I have anything containing sugar I have to use the bathroom. I'm 6 days post op also. When can I take this bandages off
  20. I don't even want to weigh myself before I get discouraged. I feel like 10lbs heavier

  22. It's very weird I'm going twice a day, and I'm also struggling to get water in
  23. I was also worried that I would constipated but everyday I've been going.
  24. Everyone says walking helps I beg to differ.
