I have hypothyroidism, on meds

Thanks everyone for the tips and replies. I recently started working out again. Focusing really hard daily with my fluid intake. As for proteins, I get most of it from meat,cheese, veggies.

Why did I bothered having surgery, When I'm not losing weight. Going on 5months post op on Monday. Down only 30 lbs. This is freaking ridiculous! !..have been stuck at 208-209 lbs now for over 2wks..I'm so pissed. .I knew this surgery was to good to be true. Sorry everyone I'm just soooo upset.

Congrats :-)...crossing fingers for a baby girl in the near future. Been praying about it.

Read that due to low calorie intake, chances of baby girl are higher. Curious. .have 2 boys praying and hoping for a little girl.

I read on a few Google search, that most pregnancy end up with baby girls. I have 2 boys would love to have a baby girl in the future. I think about it every day..let's chat..lol
