I'm getting sleeved on June 30th. I go to my pre-op class tomorrow. I'm both scared and excited!! I am 50 years old and having it done in San Antonio, Texas. Anyone else from San Antonio?

Hi everyone! I start my liquid diet tomorrow. I had my final meals today and then took my starting point photos, measurements and weight...and let me just say I am disgusted! Ran out of tape measure doing my gut and butt and the scale is the largest number I've seen! Good news is its all downhill from here :-\ LET'S DO THIS!

Lmbo. That's right, keep that positive attitude. I love it. Good luck not he liquid diet. It really isn't that bad. I've been on liquids for four days now. You'll do fine.

Welcome and good luck. Sorry to hear you're having a rough go at the Protein liquid diet. It will be over soon enough and we'll all be on the "other side".
