I have reached my first goal I had my sleeve done on April 24 i started out at 230lb and now 199lb!!!!!!! I lost the first 8lb during my 2 week pre op liquid diet and the rest after surgery. I will NEVER go back to being over 200lb and that makes me soooo happy I can't wait to hit my next goal :) im still getting used to my sleeve and understanding it but I love it♥

Congratulations on reaching your first goal to ONEderland!!! Way to go!

My surgery was April 26, 2011. I started at 252 and I remember soooo well the day I got back under 200. There's just something about your weight being in the one hundreds instead of the two hundreds that means A LOT!

Best wishes and enjoy your many more happy goals to come. . .

That's awesome! I cannot wait, I have 7 pounds to go. I was sleeved April 23rd. My starting weight was 237, day of surgery weight was 227 and I am now 206.

I had my surgery on the same day as you I am down 32 pounds although I started at 300 lbs I lost 12 on pre op diet and now I am 268 but the scale has not moved the past week at all.... I see that inches are coming off. Are you working out yet? And what are you eating??

I wish I could help with the stalls I haven't had one yet but what iv reaf on other threads was to make sure your getting your water and protein in......are you measuring your good? Or snacking a lot?
