  3. Ok so I am eight months out and I am down 82 pounds. I don't see the scale moving in over two months kinda thinking it may not drop anymore. I have a hard time getting all my protein in a day. Is anyone else at a stand still??
  4. I had surgery on April 24th and I am now able to eat regular food with no problems. I am having a hard time with finding multi vitamin that I can tolerate the taste I really would like to just swallow it and get it over with.... Is anyone able to handle pills???

  6. I had my surgery on the same day as you I am down 32 pounds although I started at 300 lbs I lost 12 on pre op diet and now I am 268 but the scale has not moved the past week at all.... I see that inches are coming off. Are you working out yet? And what are you eating??
  7. Hi I had my surgery in April 24 and so far everything is going great except I am throwing up when I drink water it's crazy... I have no problems with getting down my protein shakes or vitamin water zero but when it comes down to water it comes back up quick!! Any one else have this problem

My doctor said its safe for me to start taking chewable vitamins what are the best brands that you recommend me to get I think he said something about a multivitamin and a B12 if you can let me know what works great for you guys. also want to start taking something for my hair just in case it starts to get thin. I also have vitamin chewable C is that okay to take also with the other vitamins?
  9. Wanna make some warm water with maybe a tablespoon of honey and lemon. I am one week out and I am on clear liquids and protein shakes. I'm finding it hard to get down all the protein I need a day also

  11. Had surgery last week and I am extremely cold!!! I usually love to sleep with the air conditioner and fan on at night. I never wear socks to bed or long sleeve shirts.... But I have been freezing!!! Is this normal??

  13. I had surgery last Thursday I do feel better today I took my first bowel movement and the pain of the gas seems like it's not as bad as it was although I am still soar in the stomach. Having a hard time getting liquids down everyday I seem to tolerate more and more so that is good. When I woke up up in the morning I noticed that I was on my belly sleeping I don't know if that is a good or bad thing???

  15. I had surgery on Thursday the 24th I have really bad gas in my back and chest but other than that I am ok
  16. Had surgery yesterday and today I'm super sore and full of gas and hurting they are starting me on clear liquids today so we'll see how this goes
  17. I just had surgery yesterday the gas pain in horrible!!! I am in extreme pain. Let me know if you find something that works.

  22. I'm very excited yet nervous but I guess that's normal. Praying for no complications and a smooth easy recovery I look forward to chatting with everybody. I've been doing my research on the sleeve for a long time now but this place is such a great place to network and meet people and have experienced or are going through similar things that we all are going through.
