  2. Call your doctor!!!
  3. WOW -amazing! You look fantastic .. Thank you for Sharing - these before & after pics always make my heart smile & inspire me!!! . I'm an April 2014 sleever & I'm 24lbs f/ my goal. It's going slow but I will never give up! I will get there!!!
  4. tfarr, I don't blame you one bit! That is a bit whack-a-doo!!! Very irritating. And as far as comparing my weight loss, I'm not trying to be Captain Obvious here!!! I'm certainly not new in this weight loss rodeo. Therefore, I'm not trying to compare my own actual weight loss!! I'm simply asking for feedback if anyone felt the metabolic powder helped break a stall or started to lose more weight after slowing in their own weightloss. ...

  6. I would like feedback on the effectiveness of the metabolic suplement. If anyone used it & felt it helped in breaking a stall or helped speed weightloss??? I'm down 81 lbs & have 24 to go to get to my goal of 135lbs!!! I'm only losing 5-7lbs a mo now... I would like to get to goal YESTERDAY! Thank you...
  7. Any feedback / reviews would be greatly appreciated! I just received mine yesterday... I'm trying to break a long stall. I also received the scar cream.

  9. Hello please help, I'm very concerned! - Has anyone had a successful relationship with this company? I'm waiting for my Dr. to sign off on the prescription ! How long does it take to receive your products once the company receives your script? Are the Vitamins ok in taste and of sufficient nutrition value?? And does this $5 K scar cream I'm reading about really work? Thank you for your help. - KMLG

  18. Ohhh no sorry you are having discomfort! I had a similar issue! It turned out to be gall stones. I had my gall bladder removed 2 days later! I would call Dr.'s office & see what they advise! I had immediate relief post gall bladder removal surg. Best of luck to you...
  19. I was sleeved April 9th, 2014! I have regular stalls - even 3 weeks without a loss. I try to stay focused on the plan & eventually I lose. I have learned to stay off of the scale so that I don't drive myself crazy. I read "success stories" and feel inspired. I am so thankful to those of you whom share your stories/progress and pictures. It really helps people along this journey! I will not give up and my goal will be met and maintained. I love my new healthy life. I am grateful for the nice encouraging emails from total strangers & not one single day goes by that I regret the decision/ investment to become a sleever. I would do it all again in a heartbeat! Like so many of you have read, my on,y regret is that I did not do it sooner! Thank you all for your kind support! ❤️

  25. Awesome Cupcake!!! Well done... I like your plan I'm 17 weeks post op & stalling bigtime! I'm going back to the basics! I have both those Premier Protein Shakes & just bought pure Protein Bars for the 1st time last week! Yummy I think I may need to lay off of the low carb cheese! And kick up my cardio a notch! Thank you for sharing ...
  26. Obviously at different times i snack on any one of the following : a few big green olives, Kashi caramelized onion flavor humus chips, string cheese, cucumbers w/ a slice of cheese, baby pickles, sugar free jello, Dannon light & fit yogurt, mission carb balance tortilla w/ turkey & cheese .... Ohh and coffee ????!!! I'm going to start adding a half of a protein bar here & there! I am struggling w/ reaching my total protein for the day....
