Hi I'm 18 days out of surgery and I have been up and down. Really don't get "stuck" on the numbers. How do you feel? You're body is going through a massive change - you will loose weight just stick to the program. Walk and drink as much water as you can. You will be successful! Trust yourself not the scale. I see the results in my clothes and people's comments. Keep a positive attitude.
