I'm new to all of this, and I could use some insight

Hey guys, my name is Jody and I am in the pre-op stage, I have to lose 10 pounds before my surgery, can anyone help me on how to get rid of these 10 pounds so I can get on the surgery schedule.

I have followed all the rules, see the the problem is , is I have a lower BMI I weigh 203 pounds, my deal goal weight after surgery is 135.

My nurse told me that ppl with lower BMI's have a harder time losing pre-op weight.. boy is she right!!

Please help

thanks Jody

start practicing now for your post op diet. Use the Protein shakes for one or two of your meals and then have a healthy meal of meat and veggies for your third meal. It will take off the weight.
