Can you tell me what the abbreviations mean??

Hi, I am brand new both to the site and as a band patient. I have seen a few abbreviations on this site and was wondering if anyone could help to decode them. For instance I see "PBing" quite a bit and I haven't figured it out yet. Thanks, Shawna:confused:
