Ohok well I hope they go away soon.. It is driving me crazy!!!! I guess it's my body thinking omg where are all the calories! Omg where is the caffeine!!!

You want the really good news? I don't even miss the sugar and those carbs anymore..... So much more energy..... For me, they were energy zappers. Best of luck..... You WILL get through this!!!!!

 The migraine hits me "bang"anytime I try to quit the coffee (caffine). My daughter-in-law is a diet coke addict and it hits her when there is not coke in the house! I'm just lucky the news media has changed tunes and coffee is back in good graces again. I say at my senior age I've given up everything (you know: reg job, good eats, sex, etc.) but my "coffee"! :D

Any kind of detox can cause headaches -- caffeine withdrawal, ouch. Gets me in the back of the neck. Just want to mention artificial sweeteners in case you are reacting to those -- something to look out for. Some people get headaches from Sucralose. Good luck to you and those first days are behind you -- gets SO much easier!
