My stomach and shoulder is very painful.. Particular my belly where the port is.. The surgeon prescribed me some penadene fort which I am getting tomorrow. Can't wait. It feels so weird even drinking water, I had some light yoghurt yesterday and I could only eat about 90ml of it.. It's all going to be worth it in the long run! good luck for your op! It's a breeze

I'm finally banded as of yesterday.. I've been very sore And sleepy.. But I'm up trying keep moving.. Cheers to the start of my new journey and my new life! Oxoxox

Thank you's! I haven't done very well because I've been on holidays ???? but the last 3 days I have really stuck to it and man oh man the headaches/ migraines that I'm getting are horrendous! Hopefully they go away soon other wise I will start eating coffee out of the jar LOL

Ohok well I hope they go away soon.. It is driving me crazy!!!! I guess it's my body thinking omg where are all the calories! Omg where is the caffeine!!!

Hey I'm on the optifast diet my surgery is March 1st I was just wondering if it was normal to suffer really bad headaches/ migranes on this diet? It is killing me!!!

2 weeks until I get banded! Getting excited but also very nervous! Some encouragement would be nice just to keep me on the right path during this very low calorie diet!! Whoever said weight loss surgery was the easy way out???!!!!!!! Amy xx

I guess I will find out from the doc when it gets abit closer, you's have all been helpful, I can see everyone is different , At the end of the day if I CANT drink with the lapband I am willing to sacrifice the grog to be healthy and slim any day. I can't wait to join you's on the weightloss journey!

Ohok I think alchole is going to be one of the hardest things for me, since I'm a bing drinker, I will drink once a month but I'm talking a bottle of spirits.. I think I will have to say bye bye to that after I get the band lol
