Hi I am in day 4 of my pre op diet. I am scheduled feb 10th for my gastric sleeve. I am wondering if there are some filling recipes anyone has found for the pre op. I'm starving!

I just killed someone.

I have not seen my doctor for 3 months. Long story......I had to switch docs at the last minute...only saw him one time. I know that I gained a few in the past 3 months but I know I have lost almost 9 since the pre-op liquid diet. I remember the nurse that taught the class said they will know if we have followed the diet by if we lost weight or not. I don't remember how much I weighed the day I saw doc for the one and only time. So.... am I going n there tomorrow to be told I don't get to have the surgery????

I'm freaking out cuz I only show to have lost like 3 lbs.... Aunt flow came in and so I'm hoping that I've actually lost more... Cuz I'm going to be really angry if I did all this starving for nothing! Or if they tell me my liver is just still too fatty.

One week Heather!!

I know!! In the day to day it's Gona poke by but in reality in 5 mins wer Gona be saying omg surgery tomorrow!!!! This week will fly by and the weekend will drag its feet lol.

Today's a bad day for me. I have a pounding headache from lack of caffeine

I wasn't a big soda drinker but I had a headache every day last week from not being able to have my morning coffee. Take some extra strength Tylenol and go to bed!

Day 8! 6 to go!

I went and got some extra strength Tylenol and that helps my headache. Hopefully today is better!!!

Only 2 more days on the pre-op diet. Yeah!!!
