  1. No weight lost last week but i seem to be losing again this week. Lost 2 lbs so far.
  2. Thank you so much! It's def not easy!!!! I feel like I should have lost more but everyone loses at diff speeds I guess. I'm 38 down since my preop diet. I was 278 on day 1 and 265 the morn of surgery and I'm 240 today. So... Idk. I did encounter a 3 week stall right after surgery tho.
  3. I had a 3 week stall. I lost 8 lbs last week and nothing this week.
  4. My 38 lb loss so far in 8 weeks!
  5. I was 6 weeks Monday. So what do we do to get more energy?
  6. Does anyone else have probs still with very little energy? I have bursts of energy and then it drains quick and I just feel exhausted and want to sleep.
  7. I've found if you mix ur protein powder with milk and coffee it's really good, you get ur coffee, and your protein!
  8. Thank God this stall is over. I'm down 3 lbs since Sunday! Hopefully I'll lose 15-20 before the next stall!
  9. That's been my fear! I'm terrified that my body is done. It sux!
  10. I had my surgery feb 10 this year. I JUST came out of a 3 week stall! The scale did not move for 3 whole weeks. Then yesterday I had lost a lb and then today I had lost another lb. I didn't do anything diff. I was freaking out! My nutritionist said our bodies have defense mechanisms that cause us to hold onto stuff cuz it thinks its starving. I just started to work out do I'm hoping that will move my scale more. I've now lost 32 lbs since the start of my pre op diet. I started at 278 and now I'm 246. My goal weight is between 150 and 165. So I now have less than 100 lbs to lose!
  11. Down another lb! Yay!!!!!! 2 lbs since Saturday! I'm very excited! That 3 week stall was horrible!
  12. When I got home from the hospital the whole first week it showed me having gained 7 lbs. but then I lost 17 lbs from my pre surgery weight. And then I had a 3 week stall.
  13. The scale finally moved! Only 1 lb but ill take it!
  14. Still... No scale movement. And I'm even going to the gym. Sunday will be 3 weeks.
  15. I've found that popcorn is so easy to eat!
  16. That much since surgery? Or pre op? I still haven't lost anything in about 2 weeks. It sux.
  17. So how are u doing? Any pics to share?
  18. I chose gadtric sleeve because there's not a rejection rate and with lap band there is. Plus I k ow several ppl who have had nothing but trouble with their band. So for me the sleeve was an obvious better option.
  19. How long post op are u?
  20. Still haven't lost anything... I wanna cry.
  21. So ur loss has slowed down too?
