Flintstone Complete?

I've heard a few people say they just chew a couple of Flintstone Completes a day. Is it okay to do this In place of the B12 and other vitamins we are supposed to be taking? Or do you have to take these in addition to those?

I take Flintstones, calcium (tums), biotin, and b 12.

you still need the B12, even if it's in there...biotin helps with the hair and nails, and calcium citrate... good luck

I take Flintstones in addition to calcium (viactive), Vitamin D, Biotin, and B-12 sublingual once a week. I also get monthly B-12 injections because I had pernicious anemia before the surgery.

You should take them both.

Call your program and ask them. Each has different rules for vitamins.

B-12 is important on its own/in addition, because once you have a deficiency it is difficult to overcome it.
