I have milk on my cereal and drink it at the same time...Otherwise I would not get the protein I need...I don't do it any other time of the day...But we all eat soup and not think about the juice...K

My plan allows zero soup (with chunks) ever because of the "no drinking while you eat" rule. We were allowed cream type soups at the full liquid stage but that's it.

I eat soup often. My NUT never said it's taboo. I'm 4 mos out and honestly the only issue I have is not being able to finish all of the broth but I can live with that.

Soup. Not broth, not creamed Soups, but chicken and vegetable soup. I had some wonderful soup with ground chicken and tarragon, spinach, carrots and mushrooms. It was delicious, and the chunky bits went down very easily, but eating the broth too was a challenge. I know we are not supposed to drink and eat at the same time, but is there ever a point when I will be able to eat soup comfortably? I am 3 weeks out.
Thanks!
Amy
