I'm the 28th also, my pre op testing & meeting with the dietician isn't until the 23rd though. I'm getting more nervous everyday. Lol

Good luck yall!

I have my pre-op Tuesday, surgery the 27th. I'm second guessing if I can do this. I'm no longer terrified of the actual surgery or recovery, still worried, anxious of complications. I just don't know if I can do protein drinks, supplements everyday forever. When I see it typed out, I think what the heck, it won't be a big deal. See, I am bi-polar and have to take meds every day anyway, maybe it won't be as hard to just add more pills to the mix?

Ugh, I'm so confused.

Jlmckee,

I understand what your saying but keep your head high and know that you will be great and healthier once everything is complete. I have an appt. Tuesday for retest for H Plyera bacteria if that is clear, looking and praying for surgery date by first week in Feb.

My surgery is at 7am tomorrow morning, have to be there at 5.30am, sucks as hospital is nearly an hours drive away.

Started my Magnesium C and clear liquid day early this morning, other then a lot of stomach gas, so far so good, only one bathroom visit as of yet, but not looking forward to it once it really starts working, I had to drink 2 x 10oz bottles, had the Walgreen's grape ones, its ok but highly carbonated, I think that's making my stomach hurt the most. Wish me luck.
