I am on full liquids. I can't stand the thought if another Protein Shake but I found Isopure iced orange and it is a life saver. However for the last couple of days I felt like I was starving. I don't go back to the doctor till December 3rd when I hope I move to purée. Tonight I broke down and ate a tablespoon of small curd cottage cheese. It was amazing and so filling. I feel better tonight than I have in days.

Hey, Tiki.

I know how you feel...I was sleeved on 11/14, so we are probably close in surgery dates.

I vowed today I would scream if I saw another Protein shake...Then I had to drink one. I got about 1/2 way thru and couldn't finish it.

I'm released to do puree tomorrow, I'm lucky.

Hang in there over the weekend. You're so close to December 3rd.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
