Anyone Have United Through Hca?

Just wondering if anyone had united through Hca? And how strict they are etc .. My bmi is like 38 I have high trigly and high LDL and lower extremity edema. I am on HCTZ for edema no lipid meds. Other than that family history of DM heart disease. Just wondering if I have a shot or should I do self pay ?

I had insurance via HCA 2 years ago and locally WLS was not covered. Every state and insurer will have different coverages. You should go to your UHC site and look up bariatrics to find out if WLS is covered?
