How do I know if the fill is too tight

I had surgery on June 28th, with my first fill I felt no restriction. So I had a second fill 3 weeks later. On yesterday evening after the fill I was able to eat and keep down a small piece of salmon and about a quarter of a bake potato. This morning I was unable to keep down an egg. How do I know if I'm too "full" or perhaps I need to adjust to the new way of eating? I read somewhere that you may feel more fullness in the morning?
