KEEP POSITIVE! FOCUS on getting your mind off the scale and do something to occupy you. My surgery is 2 weeks from today. Best wishes!

DId you lose some on your pre op diet? They say there is a 3 week stall. I bet you will lose a few in a few days. Your body probably just needs some time to adjust. Hang in there!

It's normal to stall around week 2-3. Don't get discouraged.

Today is two weeks for me too and I also had a 10 day liquid pre op. I went about 6 days with no more than about a 1/2lb loss :( ... started walking more, now not only do I feel 90% better but I'm starting to lose again. Seems like I'm gonna have to get used to the stop and go... its normal. I figure it gives me something to look forward to! Lol

I lost 7 lbs on the preop diet and 12 my first week after surgery. But nothing in the last week. It's just really discouraging. Do stalls happen a lot?

You will loose!! i am loosing a lb or more a day steady since coming out of the stall....

its been 12 days for me and I only lost 3lbs over the weekend after losing 15 over the first few days. Like everyone says keep positive everyone is different. It's only a matter of time before it all comes off.
