  1. I was 135 at the beginning of my pregnancy and 186 when I delivered. I gained 51lbs which is so much. My baby is 2 weeks old and im currently at 158. Ive been obsessing over the scale and weighing myself everyday and get really depressed if the number doesn't move (which it hasnt since sunday). I know this is unhealthy behavior but im terrified of not being able to get it all back off. My appetite was horrible when i was pregnant, i ate everything and was hungry constantly. It's definitely went back to normal and im not craving all the sweets and junk like before. I just want the confidence and the feeling of approving of my body back. It also doesn't help my hormone levels haven't quite went back to normal yet. Lol
  2. Crossing my legs and sitting on my husbands lap with out crushing him has been amazing!! Good luck to all you girls, it's the little things that make it! This may be too much info but when I look down I can see my lady bits just fine, makes shaving much easier! I'm 10 months out, my surgery weight was 231 and I'm currently 135. I hope all of your journeys are as great as mine had been!

  9. I have been feeling like this a lot! I'm almost 7 months out, and down 73lbs. My starting weight was 231 and today I am 158. I still feel gross and fat, it's frustrating. I'm only 8lbs from my goal but haven't lost anything in a month...I'd like to push my goal to 130 but it seems so unreachable.
  10. Thank you for the encouragement guys!
  11. Hey everyone. I was six months out April 21st. I currently weigh 158 I started at 231. The scale hasn't moved in 23 days. So I'm just wondering if this is it for me? My goal is 150, & I would ultimately like to get to 130lbs. Can anyone tell me what their weight loss was like after being 6 months out?? Thanks, Cescelli

  13. So I'm down from 231 to 176. I'm having a little stall and it's driving me crazy I just want to make to my first goal of 150. My surgery date was oct 21 2014 anyone else around the same time? I'm interested in how your weight loss has been progressing.

  16. I wanted to see how everyone else is doing? I weigh in at 191! That's 40lbs down so far and I'm half way to my goal of 150. 7 of those lbs were lost on my preop diet. I'm having trouble with Water, I hate it. Lol I know it's necessary. Also I feel like my hair just keeps coming out! Any tips? Just bought some Biotin Vitamins but they're HUGE! I hope everyone is doing well! -Cescelli
