17 weeks out

So I'm down from 231 to 176. I'm having a little stall and it's driving me crazy I just want to make to my first goal of 150.

My surgery date was oct 21 2014 anyone else around the same time? I'm interested in how your weight loss has been progressing.

My surgery date is the same, but, my weight loss is no where close to yours. How have you progressed so quickly?

I'm sorry. You started lower than I, makes sense now....lol

My surgery dat was nov 6th and I started at 208lbs. I'm now at 163. I have been stalled for 2+ weeks.

I would say you are right where you need to be. I would have to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks to make as much progress as you :)

Surgery date was October 14th. Starting weight 238 current 170. I've had two major stalls. I don't weigh myself every day. I found that too frustrating. Stalls happen. Your body is adjusting . You will start losing again. Be patient!
