  2. I am 6 moths out this week and I have had a total of 4 big stalls. 2 of them lasted more than 2 weeks. The weight will come off as long as you are eating healthy and exercising. The scale will fill like it's never going to move again but it will, just don't get discouraged if it doesn't move. I've also had my days where I feel I could eat a normal sized meal. You are going to feel that way and it's normal. it will take you time to learn how your sleeve works. Everyone is a bit different. I know that in the morning I get full faster, and I am never hungry even after my 2 hour morning workouts. Usually in the afternoon I feel that I can eat more though.

  10. yeah, I'm excited about all that I have lost. I tell my wife I can't be happy with where I'm at because of where I want to go lol. I think it's just me. Keeps me motivated.

  16. There are many many ways to get started. I went straight to the best Dr. I could find. I let them do all the leg work with my insurance also. Take the advice of everyone and get yourself educated with the process. If you have specific questions inbox me.

  21. I have a 4 year old and a one year old and I didn't have any issues taking care of them. They just weren't allowed to jump on me like they usually do for a while. But all in all you should be able to care for them post-op. Just don't recommend pushing yourself because you'll need the rest.
