Hungry? Pre op

Had surgery on Wednesday. I feel hungry like I need to eat something besides water. Any suggestions for post op liquid diet? I want something more than chicken or beef both

I ment to say POST op

This is a hard stage for sure! But necessary for healing. You are on clear liquids?

First off canned broth sucks! I did homemade,

But also you can go to your favorite Chinese restaurant order a brothy soup and ask for mostly broth. Then STRAIN it really good and voila a good tasting meal :)

sugar free popsicles or sugar free jello? I did mostly sugar free jello

I've been watering down chicken noodle and vegetable beef soups, then straining. I find it really satisfying.
