    Do what you need to do to heal. Surgery is a shock to the body. Use your pain medication, get some rest, use your breathing thingy, walk early but remember you are not training for a marathon (yet!). We all respond differently, so ask yourself what YOU need at the moment to heal and support your body. Best wishes!
