I was constipated for 3 days, and today I had 2 BM but the color is black! Some people say its blood, but I don't know... I had my surgery 5 weeks ago, and I have a good recovery...the last two days I had headache, but not today... Any advise? Thanks! Oh I began my Iron last week,,,?

Its the food and the Iron.. headache is probably due to insufficient Fluid. Unless you're vomiting a lot or have pain/swelling in and around your wound sites/stomach coupled with a bit of a fever- I wouldn't worry.

However, if you're concerned after a couple of days - see your quack.

Sleeve changes everything.... Even poop color..... Threw me off too at 1st

Glad to hear this about poop color change. I've noticed mine have settled on orangey yellow, since my Oct 3rd sleeve date.

Mine went from dark green / black to orange and now back to green/ black, I'm still on liquids , my date was 10/9... Only full liquid I can take in is Protein 1- 2 oz every 15 , interested to see what color I get in a month with I start the blender foods lol
