This morning, for giggles, I tried on the last pair of jeans I had left from my lapband losses, a size 10 from about 4 years ago, and they fit! Whee. That was after grabbing a pair of size 10 skinny jeans at costco yesterday so I'd have something to aim toward, then finding they fit when I got them home. They don't look stretchy, but they must be.
Last night I went through a big box of workout clothes and pulled out a bunch of tops that I think are still tight, but got the green light for their appropriateness as gym clothes. And after what feels likes a month I finally stopped the up/down/up/down/up to land on a new "down." Does this coincide with me upping my Protein? It could be, and it is certainly an incentive to keep at it.
OK, enough bragging about myself, but I just had to share.
