Any Suggestions for a Bariatrics Office/Surgeon in San Diego, CA for VSG?

Hi everyone! I'm a mother of two boys and was once 130 lbs at 5'4". After my pregnancies I gained weight and am now 215 lbs. I'm considering getting sleeved and would appreciate any suggestions/recommendations for a good bariatrics office in or near San Diego, CA. I saw someone else on here who has the same insurance I do in the same state as I am get approved so I'm motivated to take the next step to starting the process of getting the surgery. Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Bree, look for a hospital that is listed as a Center of Excellence. They have demonstrated the highest sucess rates and usually their docs are Board Certified. Avoid teaching hospitals as you may end up being the guinea pig for a resident or fellow.
