Good morning everyone!

I have gleamed several tips, ideas and overall supportive moments from the support groups I've been attending through St. Vincent Bariatric Center of Excellence where I'll be having my RNY on July 3. Here's one that I thought may be useful to share with you guys as well.

So, Im not sure I have the story completely right, but, here's what I think I know. There's a chef named Chef Woody who has a wife whom underwent RNY surgery. Chef Woody became frustrated with making two different meals every time they sat down to eat so he has created healthy, tasty, bariatric friendly meal that everyone in the family can enjoy! He has a website, www.chefwoody.com where you can get ideas and recipes for all sorts of things that fit your place in the journey. I hope this is helpful!

Thanks for this information about Chef Woody's website. I'm going to check that out. I'm a chef and have been looking for bariatric friendly recipes to add my repitiour to prepare for my family now and after my RNY surgery. Thanks again!!!
