Urghh Want to feel Normal

I woke up at 4 this morning feeling dizzy and shaky, my moms a diabetic so I immediately thought my sugar had dropped. I woke up my husband because I felt like I was gonna pass out. He went with me to the kitchen and I ate half a banana and drank a high protein shake. The shakes ate still here but slowly getting better an I'm not AS dizzy. But I will say this lightheaded dizzy crap sucks! It scares me so bad. I just wanna feel normal. I was having bouts of lightheadedness and dizzy spells, feeling faint last week and my doc said I had been WAY over doing it and to just sit. ( I have a one year old it's hard ) but I did for a day or two and felt better. Now we're moving in a month and I believe I over did it today packing. Anyone else been in this boat? It sucks and I want it to go away. I see my doc on the 17th, hoping he will give me some advice.

Iron.. Huh? I may have them check that because its not low blood sugar, or blood pressure, or heart rate or dehydration... It's terrifying though. I hate feeling like this everyday. And today it was all day.
