Tasty shake

So, I went shopping last night, and went down the coffee isle, for the smell. ;) When I hit the creamer I found some flavoring syrup, with nothing in it, no calories, no sugar, no nada. It was in hazelnut, caramel, french vanilla, and another flavor that I don't remember.

I got the hazelnut and this morning made a Protein shake, with my Protein powder, it's vanilla whey isolate with 60g of protein for 2 scoops, A table spoon of SF chocolate syrup, and A splash of the hazelnut flavoring, and it was AMAZING! It was super tasty and didn't have the protein aftertaste.

Oh, and skim milk, of course! lol.

what is the name of the flavoring - sounds delish!

You can get huge bottles of sugar free flavorings at sams club they are like $5.49 a bottle the name is torini or something like that. They have many choices make sure u get the sugar free. You can also use sugar free jellos and puddings, just use 1 teaspoon sugar free jello powder or 1 tablespoon sugar free pudding powder in your shake, there are many flavors to choose from and u go from boring shake to very delicious shakes.

They also sell another brand at dollar tree that is sugar free they have caramel hazel vanilla for only a dollar a bottle pretty good stuff I love flavor syrups lets say I have to many lol I put them on every thing if you buy tortani in bundle packs they come in different flavors and they are way cheaper then buying them in singles

Do these contain fake sugars? I was told to stay away from those as well as often as possible. I use my vanilla protein shake in coffee for a boost. The Premier shakes sold at Costco taste good & have 30 grams if protein - can't be beat.

It does contain sucrulose. But less than a splash for 16 oz. (I make mine in the morning and separate it in to four shakes after I mix it. ) it isnt enough to hurt or cause dumping.
