  1. If you could say 3 things that have helped you the most what would they be??
  2. WOW!! What I would give to be where you are!! Congrats!! I'm 3 months out and I've only lost 37!! You look amazing!
  3. I had my RNY March 26, 2013. I started at 244. Today I weighed in at 211. I have 67 lbs to go to reach my goal weight.
  4. They told me they will be able to check my sugar and cholesterol and that kind of stuff. If you are eating whatever you want and not sticking to the plan they will know by blood work and weight. Also my dr told me the diet would help shrink the liver so it's easier to see and maneuver during surgery.
  5. Wow! 79 lbs! I'm jealous! That's a great idea! Ill have to remember that!
  6. I meant 28g of protein....there are 5g of sugar..
  7. Noooo! I meant 28g of protein!! There are 5g of sugar!! There is no way I'd drink them in they had 28g of sugar!!
  8. Have any of you tried the protein to go smoothies. They are like little shots. There is a really good groupon right now for them! I was hoping they would be a good option for us. They have 28g of sugar.
  9. Anyone else going to the Journey Clinic in Moore, OK with Dr Nelson? The Moore Medical Center where the office was located has been destroyed by the tornado. Not really sure where to go from here. I hope Dr Nelson and her staff are safe!
  10. Congrats! You look amazing! Keep up the good work!
  11. Just to make sure you aren't deficient in anything mostly. They also can tell if you have been following your diet properly.
  12. I'm so glad you posted this! I really needed to hear that! Congrats! I'm hoping I will start to see more of a loss as well!
  13. Protein shots?
  14. The ricotta recipe doesn't say how much of each ingredient to use. I'd love to try making it !
  15. I didn't care for cookies and cream or cinnamon roll. Ill try coconut cashew today!
  16. I'm loving quest protein bars! Someone posted about them on here. I ordered one of each to try! So far I liked the peanut butter....yum!
  17. I also used light ricotta.
  18. 72 calories, 3g carbs, 3g fat, 5g protein, 60mg sodium and 3g sugar per serving. The recipe makes 12 servings=12 muffins. It would be nice if it had more protein but for a sweet craving I think it's better than a lot of other things I'd like to grab for!
  19. I tried "tasteless." Yeah it tastes awful!! I'd start adding things to you shakes! Can you have fruit? I did sugar free Carmel, decaff instant coffee ice milk and vanilla or chocolate protein! Was like a Carmel mocha! Or try adding sugarfree pudding or jello powder
  20. I can't tell you how relieved I am to know I'm not alone in my slow progress!
