Loreal fall resistance it's a black bottle with red lettering. Love it better than garnier fall fight. Garnier helped but loreal is been great for me.

Also helped the overall looked and feel of my hair. The garnier didn't help with the feel or look.

Bedhead Resurrection. My mister is a barber so I get to shop at the salon houses.

I love it. I'm not losing my hair yet, so I don't know if it helps with that. Mine is chemically damaged right now.

4.1.13, and that's why I'm not losing it yet. :) I will though, I'm sure.

I go between a couple brands. I always buy Salon brands because they are better for your hair period. Right now I am using Joico but I tend to also like Wella and Bedhead..

Ohhh, I have some joico and I hate it! It made my hair dry! I have the purple stuff that supposedly keeps you from being brassy and the kpak stuff. I do LOVE the K-Pak straightening Iron. It's pretty amazing. I had to replace it once already though.

I pretty much just buy stuff for color treated hair because I have my hair colored every six weeks. I am ready for a change as I have been using Joico for awhile. :)

Jenn... I am going to look for the Loreal shampoo.. had not seen or heard of it yet. Hubby is sick of the Garnier.. is the conditioner better? The garnier never feels like it washes out..

On a off note... ChefchrisP... are you sneezing in your profile pic???? lol

No sneezing, but I am tasting magnesium citrate for the first time on the day prior to surgery.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Your so close now! It's gonna be great :) Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
