Hey all... I've been home for a couple of days, and with the exception of some nausea after trying my first Protein shake, my recovery has been going very smoothly! *knocks on wood* I have to say that overall, the most pain I have experienced has been in my iv site. They have a tough time getting veins on me, and they did it on the back of my left hand. It is extremely tender, sometimes really painful, very achy, and the vein itself seems hard. It starts at the little hole and continues down a good 2-2 1/2 inches. Anyone else experiencing this?
