There was an old post or thread a while back about Vitamins and someone posted a brand that sounded like an all-in-one specified for RNY needs. Anyone know what it is and where I can get them?!! My Vitamin regime is falling apart with a busy schedule!

My RNY team suggests optisource - 2 in the am and 2 in the pm...

NUT said it’s the perfect total source for all my needs - nothing else to take or schedule - except PROTEIN...

My Dr. and NUT approved me taking opurity once per day. I got it from the Unjury site.

I'm with Nicole K! I switched over from O'purity to the Bariatric chewable from ProCare now. I love that I only have to take one Multivitamin, plus Calcium and B12. It's small and easily chewable!

I take Bariatric Fusion (buy them online- Get some free samples by emailing them!). Yes, I take 4 chewables per day (or at least 3, sometimes I forget 1), but I don't have to take ANY other supplements. I really like that! (It even has Biotin in it!)

I was told by the nutritionist not to take the all-in-one stuff. You have to take the Calcium and Iron separately and at least 2 hours apart. Calcium blocks the absorption of iron. They're probably fine as long as you're taking iron supplements.< /p>

I do take calcium and b-12 and iron separately. I can't take the other bariatric Vitamins or should say can't remember 4 times a day. So a one a day works and my nutritionist approved it. Good luck!

DOS 12/17/12 :)

I also take a separate Ca and D3 supplement along with extra B12. (in addition to the 1/day Opurity). Dr. and NUT like this version.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
