Is it too early to start an April thread? I didn't see one yet.

I'm scheduled for April 22. I still have to finish PCP clearance and psych then insurance approval but don't anticipate any problems. Once I started my appointments the excitement and anxiety kicked in. I started 6 month supervised diet in August....this used to seem so far away and like a vague idea but its so real now. My anxiety is double as my husband's date is march 18 and I worry a lot more about him than myself. How are all the other April folks doing?

Best of luck to everyone today, keep the updates coming. My reality has finally set in, went to pre-op yesterday and so happy that I don't have any restrictions set by the dr, i just have to continue doing what I'm doing until the big day next Wednesday.

Ok yesterday was my surgery dr said it all went good ...he was behind so i didnt go in until 2ish supposed to be 1030 .so by time i got to my room.i slept on and off .

Camt see the screem too well so im trying to type best i can...

My left side is very painful they said thats where they did all the "work" and it was largest incision

..... my husband and mom stayed late last night and my hubby surprised me with my daughter this am however i was in lota of pain at the moment so ge took her shoppinb and to eat so they will be back soon

Lol--yeah texting while on narcotics is a challenge! My left side is still the one that's most sore. Glad you got through okay and I hope you start feeling better soon!

Unfortunately my surgery has been moved ti may 20th:-(. However @ least it not too too far away. Still congrats to everyone who's had their surgery already and good luck to everyone else left to have theirs this month!!!
