Reached my goal weight

  • Popular Post

I have officially reached and passed the goal weight that was set by me and my surgeon. My goal weight was 160 and today I weighed in at 156. I have accomplished this in 6 months. I am so blessed! All of my hard work at the gym and dedication to my nutrition plan has paid off. My new goal weight is 140.

Congrats. I'm just 5 days pot op and I've lost 8 pounds and I feel awesome I imagine when I get to my goal weight which I still haven't set up with my doctor and I will Thursday. Again you did a great job and congrats again. :)

good job girlie!!

I would like to know "a day in the life" of those who have reached their goals in 6 or 7 months. What do you eat? What type of exercise do you do? How much water do you drink and what about lose skin? Thanks. Christi

I know!!! I am 3 1/2 months post op and still have 70 pounds to lose. No way can I lose that in 2 1/2 months. I wish I could. But next week I will really pick up exercise. Right now still under restrictions from gall bladder surgery

Wow congrats!!! I'm so happy for you!

I know I won't hit mine either in three months but it motivates me.

You look amazing. Congrats on meeting your goal and setting a new one!

Congratulations Laura!!! You should be so very proud of yourself. What an accomplishment in such a short time!! Can I ask you how long it took you to get into the gym?
