I know you're not supposed to compare yourself to others, but I am just curious. I am 3 months out and down 64 lbs. (Total including my preop) I am 5'2 and weigh 158 lbs. I have about 30lbs I would still like to lose. My weigh loss has slowed down tremendously! Which I am OK with as long as I still see progress.
I have read most people lose most their weight during the 1st 6 months.. so hopefully I have a few good months left!
these last few weeks have been killers!! I have been exercising more so maybe I will tone up and not see it on the scale! (Wishful thinking) However.. I feel great and am happy with my loss so far.
