I'm Teka, live in Pittsburgh. I just got my date its official for Jan 9th! Really, excited and nervous. I found out about this app through someone on Instagram lol so here I am, and taking notes. I have seen some really great things on here. looking forward to adding to it.

I know this will play a big role in my recovery since I am also new to my area and family is far away. Every little bit counts =]

I find this forum very helpful. I don't feel isolated knowing that others are experiencing the same things. I've learned a lot through reading the posts. It was easier to go through post-op recovery because of the posts on this forum.
