  7. OK. I've lost 70lbs. I had a stall that lasted about a month, I wasn't getting all my fluids or protein in. After I started doing that the weight fell off. Well now I'm leaving for vacation in the next couple weeks and I'm worried that I'm going to screw up. I do want to be able to eat a lil and maybe even a adult drink. Any advice?. I'm going to an Island for almost 3 weeks so there is no fast food but a bunch of mom and pop places. Help

  14. I'm so freaking mad!!!!!!!!!! I'm doing everything that I'm to expected to do. I had my surgery Jan 7 2013. I've lost only 45 lbs and now I've gained about 4 lbs and don't know how. I'm so over it. I'm so pissed. Don't even know why I even had the surgery by now. I see people who have had their surgery after or ever way after mine and have lost a lot more than me. I'm sooooo discouraged .

  17. Hi everyone. Hope yawll are doing fabulous?. I had a rough time. There about 3 weeks after surgery. Didn't lose a pound for like 2 weeks. But I wasn't getting all my protein or fluids in either. I'm at 45 lbs and I'm 2 months out, nor where I wanted to be,but at least that's 45 lbs that wont be coming back. Tomorrow, my husband is having his Gastric Bypass surgery. On my 2 month surgerversary. I know I'll do better since he's having his. I can't let him lose more than me now can I.

  20. I'm 5 weeks post op. I haven't had any problems or gotten some till last night. I ate a small cucumber and it got stuck. Worst feeling, felt like crap, was going to go lay down, and thankfully I had a bag and got sick. Oh man that sucked. NEVER want to do that again. Just make sure you chew very well

  22. My NSV is that I'm smaller than my husband. Lol. My favorite jeans are huge on me especially in my thighs and legs. I walk without getting winded. I've had a had time with my emotions and I just had to take a step back and look at the positives and not want I perceive to be negative. I've lost 32 lbs. Yay me. I'm one month post op today. I do need to quit feeling sorry for myself and just take it one day at a time. This app and all of you has been just an amazing support family for me and I've incredible thankful for all of you. God Bless
