I would ask your dietican/surgeon. I would think if the carb count is lower and not alot of sugar it would be an okay treat on occasion-just not and every day event.

Is sf frozen yogurt OK. I get conflicting answers. Please help.....

I have eaten it a few times-- just limit to about 3 1/2 ounces and no toppings. It is wonderful and very similar to non-frozen sugar free yogurt.

Yay. I'm 3 mos out and am now wanting sweets. And I'm head craving ice cream

You'll love it and it will make your cravings go away.
