Good Day fellow members.

I'm from Windsor, Canada. I started my journey at 350lbs. I am almost 4 years post-op and RNY has been the best decision of my life.

Women should take Biotin. It helps prevent hair loss. The only suggestion I can give you is to stick to what your surgeon tells you to do. They are the expert. If you have issues dont be afraid to ask them. Dont force food down. Take small small bites and chew chew chew. Getting food stuck is not a good feeling. And most important' date=' enjoy your new life to the fullest[/quote']

Yes I've had one before. The pain was unbearable. I would say that at first it came and went and I ignored it. Then it became constant and so bad that I could barely stand and was crying (and I have a high tolerance for pain). I went to the ER and they gave me pain meds and it was like they were giving me tic tacs. They placed an ng tube in me and then the pain started to subside. If you suspect it, I would recommend going now. Don't wait because the pain could get worse.

Ty. I finally got to go to Church this weekend. I'm still having pain but its a little less than it was. I got out of hosp. Tues. They tried to find out Wat it was. 2Drs. Seen abcess, then my dr. came in the next day n said they were none. This was after I had everyone praying. So he said maybe one incision gets irritated every time I move. N its gonna jus take time.
